The authors consider a Finsler connection \(F \Gamma (F^i_{jk}, N^i_jC^i_{jk})\) of a Finsler space \(F^n\) with \((\alpha, \beta)\)-metric which satisfies (1) deflection tensor \(D=0\), (2) recurrent: \(a_{ij\mid k} =2A_ka_{ij}\), (3) \(h\)-recurrent: \(g_{ij\mid k} =2A_kg_{ij}\), where \(A_k\) is a given vector field whose components are functions of position alone. It is shown that these three conditions are equivalent to the first two and (4) \(b_{i\mid k} =A_kb_i\). A necessary and sufficient condition for an \(F^n\) to have such a connection is that the \(b_i\) have constant Riemannian length with respect to the Levi-Civita connection constructed from \(\alpha\).
