We study the class of bounded, relatively closed, pseudoconcave, pluripolar subsets of \(D\times \mathbb{C}\subset \mathbb{C}^2\), where \(D\) is the unit disk in \(\mathbb{C}\). In particular, we give sufficient conditions for such a set \(X\) to admit a plurisubharmonic function \(v\) in \(D\times \mathbb{C}\) which is \(-\infty\) on \(X\) (so that \(X\) is complete pluripolar) and which is pluriharmonic off of \(X\). We also construct an example of a set \(X\) which admits no such function \(v\).
