Let \(\omega\) be a function of ``regular variation'' on \((0,+\infty)\), let \(p>0\) and let \(h^p(\mathbb{R}^{n+1}_+,\omega)\) denote the collection of harmonic functions \(u\) on the upper half-space \(\mathbb{R}^{n+1}_+= \mathbb{R}^n\times (0,+\infty)\) for which the function \((x', x_{n+1})\mapsto | u(x', x_{n+1})|^p \omega(x_{n+1})\) is integrable. The main results of the paper provide an integral representation of such functions \(u\), the cases \(0< p\leq 1\) and \(p>1\) being treated separately. In the case where \(p>1\), this representation is then applied to obtain a representation formula for continuous linear functionals acting on \(h^p(\mathbb{R}^{n+1}_+, \omega)\).
