The word problem for the complex reflection group in the title is studied. It is shown that the length function associated to a given generator set can be expessed in terms of a similar function associated with a root system introduced by \textit{K. Bremke, G. Malle} [Indag. Math., New Ser. 8, No. 4, 453-469 (1997; Zbl 0914.20036)].
