The authors consider a control system consisting of a continuous controlled object, discrete measures, and a discrete controller, where the phase coordinates are measured and the control inputs are generated at different instants. The concept of a measurement-desynchronized control system is introduced. The problem of control of the desynchronized system aimed at minimizing the deviation of the solution to the perturbed desynchronized system from the solution to the corresponding perturbed synchronous system is considered. The effect of desynchronization of measurements on the dynamics of the control system is discussed and approximate formulae for the evaluation of the variation of the eigenvalues of extrapolation matrices are derived. The results are illustrated with a number of examples.
