In this paper, the author studies Einstein-Weyl structures on Einstein manifolds by considering infinitesimal deformations of the Einstein metric. It is proved that, if the first eigenvalue of the curvature operator is greater than \(\min\{R/n,-R/(2n)\}\) where \(R\) is the scalar curvature, then an Einstein-Weyl structure is conformally rigid, which means that such deformations come from conformal Killing vector fields.
