The authors prove an existence theorem announced in their previous work [Dokl. Math. 51, No. 1, 33--35 (1995); translation from Dokl. Akad. Nauk, Ross. Akad. Nauk 340, No. 2, 155--157 (1995; Zbl 0878.35061)] for admissible classical solutions of the first initial-boundary value problem for the equation describing the flow by the \(m\)-th root of the \(m\)-th mean curvature of a graphical hypersurface in \({\mathbb R}^{n+1}\), modified by a forcing term. The proof uses the continuity method, which depends on the derivation of a priori estimates for the solution in the global parabolic Hölder space \(C^{2,\alpha}(\overline Q_T)\). \(L^\infty\) bounds for \(u\), \(u_t\), \(u_x\) and \(u_{xx}\) were proved in the authors' previous work [Topol. Methods Nonlinear Anal. 6, No. 2, 265--282 (1995; Zbl 0861.35046); St. Petersbg. Math. J. 9, No. 2, 199--217 (1998); translation from Algebra Anal. 9, No. 2, 30--50 (1997; Zbl 0893.35053); St. Petersbg. Math. J. 9, No. 6, 1111--1128 (1997); translation from Algebra Anal. 9, No. 6, 109--131 (1997; Zbl 0906.35051)]. Most of the present paper is concerned with the derivation of bounds for \(u_{xx}\) and \(u_t\) in \(C^{0,\alpha}(\overline Q_T)\).
