The author investigates the existence and uniqueness of the solution to the Cauchy problem for 3-D Navier-Stokes equations in the spaces \(H^{\delta_1,\delta_2, \delta_3}(\delta_1+ \delta_2+ \delta_3= 1/2,-1/2<\delta_i< 1/2)\) and \(HB^{0,0,1/2}\), where the first space is \(H^{\delta_i}\) in the \(i\)th direction and the second space is \(L^2\) in the first two directions and \(B^{1/2}_{2,1}\) in the third direction (\(H^s\) and \(B^s_{p,q}\) denote usual Sobolev and Besov spaces, respectively). The global existence and uniqueness for small initial data and local existence and uniqueness for arbitrary initial data are proved.
