There are two results in this paper. Proposition 2: Let \(S \subset \mathbb{P}^3\) be a surface with \(\delta'\) ordinary double points as singularities. For \(O \in \mathbb{P}^3\), make the projection of \(S\) on \(\mathbb{P}^2\). Let \(S^0\) be the polar surface, \(\Gamma\) be the discriminant curve, for \(O\) general enough, \(\Gamma\) has \(k:=n(n-1)(n-2)\) cusps corresponding to the tangent planes of \(S\) through \(O\), \(\delta + \delta'\) ordinary double points, \(\delta:={n(n-1)(n-2)(n-3)\over 2}\) corresponding to the bisecants of the ramification curve (\(=S \cap S^0\)) through \(O\). Let \(I\) be the conductor of the projection of \(S \cap S^0\). \(V(I)\) contains the \(k+\delta\) points above. There are \(\mu_0\) (resp. \(\mu_1\)) in \(I \cup k[X_0,X_1,X_2]\) of degree \((n-1)(n-2)\) (resp. \((n-1)(n-2)+1\) with \(\mu_1 =X_3 \mu_0\bmod I(\Gamma)\)). One can verify that \(\mu_0\) and \(\mu_1\) have no common component. Theorem~1 is the reciprocal of proposition 2: Let \(\Gamma\), \(\mu_0\) and \(\mu_1\) plane curves of degrees \(n(n-1)\), \((n-1)(n-2)\), \((n-1)(n-2)+1\), \(\Gamma\) with \(k\) cusps and \(\delta + \delta'\) ordinary double points, \(\mu_0\) and \(\mu_1\) going through the \(k\) cusps and \(\delta\) ODP, there is a surface \(S\subset \mathbb{P}^3\) and a point \(O\) such that \(\Gamma\) is the discriminant curve of the projection through \(O\), and so on \dots{}.
