    A linear nonstationary control system with one output is considered. Two constructive procedures for synthesizing an exponentially stable observer are proposed. They are based on different observability assumptions, but in both procedures an explicit expression for the corresponding Lyapunov function is obtained. An exponential estimate for the observation error attenuation is also given. The proposed procedures are illustrated by means of one example.
