The paper deals with the following class of adaptive systems which can be described as \[ \begin{aligned} \dot x & = F(x,\overline\lambda,\varphi,u),\\ \dot\omega & = G(x,\omega; J),\\ u & = U(x,\omega; J),\\ \dot\varphi & = \Phi(\varphi),\end{aligned} \] where \(x\in\mathbb{R}^n\) is the state vector of the object, \(\overline\lambda\in \mathbb{R}^N\) is the vector of its parameters, \(u\) is a control, \(\omega\) is the state vector of the regulator, \(\varphi(t)\) is external disturbance, and \(J\) is a priori information about the controlled object. It is assumed that the state \(x\) contains both slow and fast components. Sufficient conditions ensuring that \(\varlimsup_{t\to\infty}| x(t)|\) is small enough, are derived.
