012864318atic systems with a weak focus and a strong focus, by using the normal form of Ye: \[ \dot x=-y-mx +lx^2+mxy+y^2, \quad\dot y=x(1+ax+y) \tag{*} \] (with \(0<| m|<2\), \(b+1<0\), \(a>0\), \(N(0,1)\) is a weak focus, \(O(0,0)\) is a strong focus) and the usual method used by the author many times before, here, it is proved that: if (*) has limit cycles around both \(O\) and \(N\), then a limit cycle around one of them must be unique. Finally, he conclude that the (1.3)-distribution systems obtained by Songling Shi, Lansun Chen and Mingshu Wang Mingshu independently 20 years ago are now exact (1,3)-distributions. But it seems to the referent that only the 1 is exact, and the 3 still means ``at least 3''.
