With an arbitrary simple finite-dimensional Lie algebra \(\mathfrak{g}\) the authors associate a family, \(\mathcal{W}_{q,t}(\mathfrak(g))\) of associative algebras depending on two parameters. Various limits of \(\mathcal{W}_{q,t}(\mathfrak(g))\) can be identified with previously known algebras, in particular, with the ordinary \(\mathcal{W}\)-algebra corresponding to \(\mathfrak{g}\). In the same way there arises a family of commutative algebras with natural Poisson structure. Some of them are conjectured to coincide with the center of a quantized enveloping algebra at the critical level, some others are conjectured to coincide with the Poisson algebra obtained by the difference Drinfeld-Sokolov reduction of a loop group. Both conjectures are checked in a couple of cases. The authors give explicit formulae for generators of \(\mathcal{W}_{q,t}(\mathfrak(g))\), when \(\mathfrak{g}\) is of classical type. The formulae show a deep connection with the analytic Bethe Ansatz in integrable models associated with quantum affine algebras. Furthermore, the formulae for the free field realization of \(\mathcal{W}_{1,t}(\mathfrak(g))\) show similarity with formulae for the eigenvalues of transfer-matrices in some integrable models. Finally, the authors show that the scaling limit of \(\mathcal{W}_{q,t}(\mathfrak(g))\) can be identified with the Faddeev-Zamolodchikov algebra of an affine Toda field theory.
