This article provides a classification of all complete minimal surfaces in the nearly Kähler 6-sphere (taking the almost complex structure induced by the octonians) which have non-negative curvature and constant Kähler angle \(\theta\in (0,\pi)\), i.e., those which are not almost complex. It turns out that such a minimal surface must be either a sphere of curvature 1 or a flat torus. Up to \(G_2\)-congruence there is precisely one sphere for each Kähler angle and its formula is given. For the tori, one has either (again up to \(G_2\)-congruence) one superminimal torus for each Kähler angle or a non-superminimal totally real torus. The latter is a Clifford torus inside a totally geodesic 3-sphere in the 6-sphere. Exact formulas can be given in each case and these are very simple, since the conditions are so strict that the problem becomes one of linear algebra in the tangent bundle.
