We find an exact analytical particular solution of the Hamilton-Jacobi equation for the classical problem on rotation of a heavy solid body around a fixed point. It is assumed that the coordinates of the mass center of the body, the shape of its three-axial ellipsoid of inertia at the fixed point, the initial conditions, and the force field satisfy four conditions, two of them coinciding with the Hess-Appelrot conditions. The new solution possesses sufficiently simple structure and contains only trigonometric functions.
