    The design of stabilizing controllers for interconnected systems of the form \[ \dot xY(t)= A_0x(t)+ B_0u(t)+ D_0x(t- \eta(t))+ e(x,u,t)+ g(x,t) \] is considered. Using a state feedback law of the form \[ u_j(t)= -K_jx_j(t) \] in the \(j\)th subsystem, a robust decentralized control is designed and shown to be stable by using Lyapunov theory.
