Complete cohomology for arbitrary rings using injectives (Q1295605)

Vogel [see \textit{F. Goichot}, J. Pure Appl. Algebra 82, No. 1, 39-64 (1992; Zbl 0767.55004)] and \textit{G. Mislin} [Topology Appl. 56, No. 3, 293-300 (1994; Zbl 0810.20040)] generalized Tate-Farrell cohomology of groups by means of projective complete cohomology groups. The author searches for an alternative approach using injectives and presents necessary and sufficient conditions for it to be equivalent to the projective complete one.
