Let \(A= \bigoplus_{i,j\in\mathbb{Z}} A_{i,j}\) be a \(\mathbb{Z}\times \mathbb{Z}\)-graded Lie algebra over a field \(F\) of char 0 with \(\dim A_{i,j}\leq 1\) for each \(i\) and \(j\). The authors determine the structure of \(A\) under the assumptions that (1) \(\dim A_{\pm 1,0}=\dim A_{0,\pm 1}= 1\), and \(A\) is generated by \(A_{\pm 1,0}, A_{0,\pm 1}\); (2) \(\bigoplus_{i\in\mathbb{Z}} A_{i,j}\simeq sl_2\), and \(H= A_{-1,0}+ A_{1,0}+ A_{0,0}\) is the Heisenberg algebra; (3) \(A\) has no nonzero abelian ideals.
