Let \(\mathbb{P}\in \mathbb{C} [X,Y]\) such that \(P\) is irreducible of degree 2 in each variable. Let \[ TP(X,Y)= P\Biggl( \frac{aX+b}{cX+d}, \frac{eY+f}{gY+h} \Biggr) (cX+d)^2 (gY+h)^2, \quad ad-bc\neq 0,\;eh-fg\neq 0. \] The author proves that \(T\) can be chosen such that \(TP(X,Y)\) is either \((X+Y)^2+ X\) or a polynomial of the form \((XY+ \lambda)^2+ (X+Y)^2+ \mu\).
