The authors classify the irreducible modules for the fixed point vertex operator subalgebra \(V_L^+\) of the vertex operator algebra \(V_L\) associated to a positive definite even lattice of rank \(1\) under the automorphism \(\theta\) lifted from the \(-1\) isometry of \(L\). The classification result says that any irreducible module for \(V_L^+\) is isomorphic to either a submodule of an irreducible \(V_L\)-module or a submodule of an irreducible \(\theta\)-twisted \(V_L\)-module. This work is a continuation of [\textit{C. Dong} and \textit{K. Nagatomo}, J. Algebra 216, 384-404 (1999; Zbl 0929.17032)], the main strategy is to explicitly determine Zhu's algebra \(A(V_L^+)\) whose inequivalent irreducible modules have a one to one correspondence with the inequivalent irreducible modules for \(V_L^+\). The authors introduce three generators of \(V_L^+\), two generators \(\omega\) and \(J\) of the vertex operator subalgebra \(M(1)^+\) together with \(E=e^\alpha +e^{-\alpha}\), and determine a basis of Zhu's algebra in terms of the images of these three generators.
