Working on complex manifolds, the author considers the problem of study the local (analytical and topological) triviality of a singular complex analytic foliation along a subset of its singular set. One of the main tools is a tangency lemma; every holomorphic vector field defining a singular foliation is tangential to the singular set. From this follows: the existence of integral submanifolds (whose dimensions are lower than the dimension of regular leaves of the foliation) through each point even at the singularities, and the local analytical triviality along each leaf. Also the existence of a Whitney stratification for the singular set of the foliation is given, such that the leaf dimension of the induced foliation is constant on each strata. From the existence of this stratification the foliation induces a nonsingular foliation on each of its strata of the singular set. A regularity condition at the singular set is given and proved the local topological triviality along each strata, under this condition. Several examples are provided making the paper more comprehensive.
