The authors study the following system \(u_t(x,t)-Au_{xx}(x,t)=0,\) \(0<x<1,\) \(t>0,\) (1)~\(u(0,t)+ u_x(0,t)=0,\) \(t>0,\) (2) \(Bu(1,t)+ Cu_x(1,t)=0,\) (3) \(u(x,0)=f(x),\) \(0\leq x\leq 1\) (4), where the unknown \(u=(u_1,\dots, u_m)^{T}\) and \(f(x)=(f_1 (x),\dots, f_m (x))^{T}\) are \(m\)-dimensional vectors and \(A, B, C\) are \(m\times m\)-matrices with complex elements. It is assumed that Re\((z)>0\) for all eigenvalues \(z\) of \(A\) and that \(\det(B+\lambda C)\) is not identically zero. Under some hypotheses the exact solution of the problem (1)--(4) is constructed. With the help of this exact solution the analytic-numerical solution with a priori error bound is given.
