This is a continuation of the paper in [Adv. Appl. Math. 22, No. 2, 219-226 (1999)] on an antipodal theorem for sets \(D^n\) in \(\mathbb{R}^n\) bounded by a finite number of spheres. Here, this theorem is first applied to set-valued mappings from \(D^n\) to the boundary of an \((n+1)\)-cube or a \(d\)-dimensional octahedron. Next, the antipodal theorem is reformulated in terms of real continuous functions on \(D^n\), together with applications to the classical theorems of Borsuk-Ulam and Lusternik-Schnirelman-Borsuk.
