Irregular attractors (Q1303526)

This paper provides very useful information available for research specialists in experiments with nonlinear dynamics. The authors present definitions, properties and examples of nontrivial attractors of different types which as usual we meet in differential (continuous) and discrete dissipative nonlinear dynamical systems with a finite number of degrees of freedom. The problems discussed are illustrated by a number of numerical simulations of real examples from applications.
