On the anti-Pappian \(10_3\) and its construction (Q1304016)

One of the ten \(10_3\) configurations cannot be embedded into a projective plane over a field. The author calls this configuration the anti-Pappian. He gives a construction of the anti-Pappian from two Pappus \(9_3\) configurations suitably glued together and then certain points and lines deleted. Using this construction he can give a geometric proof for the fact that the anti-Pappian cannot be embedded into any projective plane over a field. Similar statements are proved for two related configurations with three more flags.
