    The row by row reference output decoupling with stability at nominal parameters as well as asymptotic tracking and output regulation in a neighbourhood of the nominal parameters for classes of exponential polynomial reference signals and exponential disturbance functions are investigated. Necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of a solution are established. A design procedure for a dynamic compensator is presented and illustrated by a numericl example.
