Let \(X=G/K\) be a Hermitian symmetric space of non-compact type and let \(\theta\) be the usual Cartan involution. Let \(\mathfrak q\) be a \(\theta\)-stable parabolic subalgebra of \({\mathfrak g}= \text{Lie}(G)_{\mathbb C}\) with Levi subgroup \(L\) of \(G\) that is compatible with the \(G\)-invariant complex structure on \(X\) . Write \(U({\mathfrak g})\) for the universal enveloping algebra of \(\mathfrak g\) and use an overbar to denote conjugation in \(\mathfrak g\) with respect to \(\text{Lie}(G)\). Given a finite-dimensional irreducible \(L\) module \(F_L\), this paper finds a \(({\mathfrak g},L\cap K)\) resolution of the produced module \[ [\text{Pro}_{\overline{\mathfrak q},L\cap K}^{{\mathfrak g},L\cap K} F_L =\text{Hom}_{U(\overline{\mathfrak q})}(U({\mathfrak g}),F_L)_{L\cap K\text{-finite}}]. \] The resolution is very much in the spirit of Bernstein, Gelfand, and Gelfand. The author then applies his results to \(({\mathfrak g},K)\) modules obtained by cohomological parabolic induction to extend results of \textit{R. Stanke} [i.e., Contemp. Math. 191, 163-204 (1995; Zbl 0840.22020)] to the general Hermitian symmetric case.
