In previous papers of the author the instant square conservative schemes, implicit schemes, explicit schemes and semi-implicit schemes have been formulated. Based on the theory of perfect square conservative scheme, which has assimilated the reasonable part of the idea of formulating the explicit scheme by adjustable dissipation, and the idea of actualizing the implicit scheme using instant linearization, a general compensation formulation principle and an inverse formulation approach from the single fidelity scheme are proposed. The aim is the compensation and elimination of the discrete computational errors averagely and accordingly at each computational grid while at the same time preserving the single or multiple characteristic(s) of the original continuous evolution problem in accordance with the source and manner of the discrete errors. Numerical comparison experiments between the traditional and the new scheme for pseudospectral semi-implicit or explicit fidelity scheme of the barotropic primitive (shallow water) equation of square or nonsquare conservation characteristics is given.
