The author studied radiating anisotropic model generated by the interaction of a comoving perfect fluid and a non-comoving perfect fluid, representing the cosmic microwave background and the observed material content of the universe, respectively. Taking the energy momentum tensor, a combination of anisotropic fluids, a radially expanding radiation tensor, and a zero-mass scalar fluid, the author observed the following main properties: (a) The anisotropy gradually decays along with the distance from the centre of the model and vanishes at very large distance from the centre; (b) The rotational velocities decay with the increase of the time. Finally, the author discussed a few special cases of (a) and (b) above.
