A system of \(n\) differential equations \(\dot x^ i = v^ i (x^ 1, \dots, x^ n)\), \(1\leq i\leq n\) is called quasihomogeneous with exponents \(g_ 1, \dots, g_ n\) if \(v^ i (\alpha^{g_ 1} x^ 1, \dots, \alpha^{g_ n} x^ n) = \alpha^{g_ i+1} v^ i (x^ 1, \dots, x^ n)\) for all values of \(x\) and \(\alpha > 0\). Similarly are defined quasihomogeneous tensor fields \(T\). A tensor field \(T\) is said to be invariant for the above system if \(L_ vT = 0\) where \(L_ v\) is the Lie derivative along the vector field \(v\) defined by this system. As the main result the author shows that if the above quasihomogeneous system admits a quasihomogeneous tensor invariant \(T\) of type \((p,q)\), \(p + q \geq 1\) and of degree \(m\) such that \(T(c) \neq 0\) at some point \(C\), then there exist integers \(1 \leq i_ 1, \dots, i_ p\), \(j_ 1, \dots, j_ q \leq n\) such that \(\rho_{i_ 1} + \cdots + \rho_{i_ p} - \rho_{j_ 1} - \cdots - \rho_{j_ q} + m = 0\) where \(\rho_{i_ 1}, \dots, \rho_{i_ p}\), \(\rho_{j_ 1}, \dots, \rho_{j_ q}\) are the Kovalevskaja exponents.
