The mean curvature flow is the evolution of hypersurfaces by their mean curvature vectors and is described by the equation \({\partial f_ t\over \partial t} = H_{f_ t}\) where \(f_ t\) is an immersion of a compact smooth hypersurface of \(\mathbb{R}^{n+1}\) and \(H_{f_ t}\) denotes its curvature vector. The solution of this equation depends on the form of initial hypersurface \(f_ 0\) and was investigated by several authors [\textit{G. Huisken}, J. Differ. Geom. 20, 237-266 (1984; Zbl 0556.53001); \textit{L. C. Evans} and \textit{J. Spruck}, ibid. 33, No. 3, 635-681 (1991; Zbl 0726.53029)]. Recently, a weak solution or a viscosity solution was introduced by \textit{Y.-G. Chen}, \textit{Y. Giga} and \textit{S. Goto} [ibid. 33, No. 3, 749-786 (1991; Zbl 0715.35037)] and by \textit{L. C. Evans} and \textit{J. Spruck} (loc. cit.). The goal of this paper is to show a concentration phenomenon at a finite number of points, by using Moser's iteration for a parabolic inequality.
