    This paper deals with a holonomic controlled system near its position of equilibrium. The necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of a control ensuring asymptotic stability of the system as a whole are obtained. A structure of the control, which is the simplest in a certain sense, which solves the problem in question, is given.
