A dynamically imperfect gyroscope in gimbals in a central gravitational field is considered. It is assumed that there exist moments of dissipative and accelerating forces acting on the rotating axes of the outer and inner rings, respectively. The equations of motion are reduced to two degrees of freedom, and permit a particular solution for which the basic planes of the frame and the mantle are perpendicular and parallel to the direction from the centre of gyroscope to the center of gravity, respectively. Using the characteristic equation of linearized system of perturbed motions, sufficient conditions for local uniform boundedness of solutions are obtained in the domain of admissible values of the parameters.
