Let \(\mathfrak F\) be a nonempty formation of finite groups. A subgroup \(H\) of a group \(G\) is said to be an \(\mathfrak F\)-composition subgroup in \(G\) if there exists a chain \(H = H_ 0 \subset H_ 1 \subset \dots \subset H_ n = G\), \(n \geq 0\), in which either \(H_ i/ (H_{i - 1})_{H_ i} \in {\mathfrak F}\) or \(H_{i - 1}\) is normal in \(H_ i\), \(i = 1,2, \dots, n\). In the present paper a complete description of the class of finite groups in which each \(p\)-subgroup is a Sylow group in some \({\mathfrak F}\)- composition subgroup is obtained. All \(p\)-solvable groups with \(p\)-length equal to 1 belong to this class of finite groups. It is proved that if \(\mathfrak F\) is a local \(S\)-closed formation, then every \(p\)-subgroup in a finite group \(G\) will be a Sylow group in some \(\mathfrak F\)-composition subgroup if and only if we have either that \(| G|_ p = p\) or that there exists a normal \(p'\)-subgroup \(R\) of \(G\) such that \(G_ p R\) is an \(\mathfrak F\)-composition subgroup in \(G\).
