    The authors give conditions for the existence for an eigenfunction \(\varphi\) (where \(\varphi\) is the first eigenfunction of \(H=-(1/2) d^ 2/dx^ 2+V\) in dimension 1) of the inequality \[ \Delta x \Delta p \leq 1/ \sqrt 2 \] which corresponds to the converse of the Heisenberg inequality \(\Delta x \Delta p \geq 1/2\), where \(\Delta x=(\int_ \mathbb{R} x^ 2 | \varphi (x) |^ 2dx)^{1/2}\) and \(\Delta p=(\int_ \mathbb{R} p^ 2 | \widehat \varphi (p) |^ 2dp)^{1/2}\). These conditions involve either the wave function \(\varphi=\exp-\Psi\), or the potential \(V\). The authors provide also some analysis of the links between the properties of the potential \(V\) and the properties of \(\varphi\).
