Let \(\Omega\) be an open set of class \({\mathcal C}^ 3\) in \(\mathbb{C}^ n\) and \(b \Omega\) his boundary. We prove that, if in \(b \Omega\), near a point \(\zeta\) of \(b \Omega\), the Levi form of \(\Omega\) has exactly \(s\) negative eigenvalues, the \(\overline\partial\) is solvable near \(b \Omega\), with regularity up to the boundary, in all degrees except \(s\). The proof is essentially based on an \(L^ 2\) theorem with polynomial weight in \(\text{dist} (.,b \Omega)\) for the \(\overline\partial\) which is obtained with Hörmander's techniques and on the adaptation of a method introduced by Dufresnoy in order to get a theorem for \(\overline\partial\) with regularity up to the boundary of non smooth pseudoconvex domains.
