A neural network composed of \(N\) neurons with only excitatory connections is studied. Each neuron is characterized by its membrane potential which is represented by an Ornstein-Uhlenbeck process to which exponentially decaying jumps are added. These jumps simulate the excitatory input from other neurons in the net. An impulse for a given neuron is generated when its membrane potential crosses an exponentially decaying threshold. All the variables are reset to their initial values after the impulse generation. The main result of the paper establishes exponential synchronization of the moments of threshold crossings in a completely connected network. The result is numerically illustrated.
