[For part I see the previous review.] Examples are given of functions \(F\) and \(G\) defined in a neighborhood of the origin in the complex plane, which behave like \(z^ 2\) and \(\overline z^ 2\) and such that on sufficiently small closed disks \(D\) around 0 every continuous function on \(D\) can be approximated uniformly on \(D\) by polynomials in \(F\) and \(G\).
