    The authors study the problem \[ {\partial u_ i\over \partial x}+ z_ i u_ i {\partial\phi\over \partial x}= 0,\quad i=1,\dots,m,\quad \varepsilon {\partial^ 2\phi\over \partial x^ 2}+ \sum^ m_{k=1} z_ k u_ k=0 \] with \(\phi(0)= 0\), \(\phi(1)= \alpha\) and \(\int^ 1_ 0 u_ i(x)dx= C_ i> 0\). Here \(z_ k\) are given numbers (charges). Their main result is that the solution of their problem is unique.
