Let \((X,U)\) be a \(P\)-harmonic space such that the constant 1 is subharmonic and suppose that \((X,U)\) admits a Green function \(k(x,y)\). \(P_ 1\) be the convex cone defined by \(P_ 1= \{k_ \mu\in P\cap C(X)\); \(\mu\in M^ +(X)\}\) (\(P\) is the set of all potentials on \(X\)). It is shown that if \(P_ 1\) satisfies the following properties: (i) \(P_ 1\) is adapted, (ii) \(P_ 1\) is inf-stable, (iii) \(P_ 1\) separates points of \(X\), then every potential on \((X,U)\) can be represented by \(k(x,y)\) with a unique positive Radon measure on \(X\) and \((X,U)\) satisfies the proportionality axiom. Further it is shown, for example, that if there exists a second \(P\)- harmonic space \((X,U^*)\) such that \(k_ x: y\mapsto k(x,y)\) is a potential with respect to \(U^*\), then \(P_ 1\) possesses the above properties (i), (ii), (iii).
