The authors consider a singular integral operator \(T(a)=aP+Q\), \(P=\frac12(I+S_\mathbb R)\), \(Q=\frac12(I-S_\mathbb R)\), \(S_\mathbb R=\frac1{\pi i}\int_\mathbb R\phi(y)(y-x)^{-1}\,dy\) in the Lebesgue space of \(n\)-dimensional vector functions \(L^p_n(\mathbb{R},w)\), \(1<p<\infty\), with the weight \(w\) in the Hunt-Muckenhoupt-Wheeden class \({\mathcal A}_p(\mathbb R)\). The matrix coefficient \(a(x)\) belongs to the algebra of semi-almost-periodic functions \(\text{SAP}(\mathbb R)\), generated by almost periodic functions \(b(x)=\sum_{j\leq N}b_j\exp(i\lambda_jx)\), \(b_j\in\mathbb C\), \(x\in\mathbb R\), \(\lambda_j\in\mathbb R\), and continuous functions \(d\in C(\overline{\mathbb R})\), which might have different limits at \(-\infty\) and \(+\infty\). Criteria for Fredholmness of such an operator are established. In the scalar case, an explicit description of the spectrum as well as invertibility criteria are derived.
