This paper is a continuation of earlier work by the author and P. S. Kazimirskij, concerning the problems of semi-scalar equivalence, similarity and factorisation of polynomial matrices, for example, \textit{O. M. Mel'nik} [Dokl. Akad. Nauk. Ukr. SSR, Ser. A 1984, No. 5, 11-14 (1984; Zbl 0534.15015)] and \textit{P. S. Kazimirskij} and \textit{O. M. Mel'nik} [ibid. 1988, No. 11, 9-12 (1988; Zbl 0675.15003)].
