Variables of the action-angle type on symplectic manifolds stratified by coisotropic tori (Q1332017)

Symplectic manifolds, stratified by coisotropic invariant tori of a certain Hamiltonian system, were discovered recently. The author investigates the most descriptive case where the structure of the above stratification appears as a result of smooth symplectic action of a commutative Lie group. The problem of existence of variables of the action-angle type is under consideration as well as the construction of the symplectic structure in this case, Poisson brackets and the flow of Hamiltonian systems with invariant Hamiltonians. The notion of a nonresonance symplectic structure is introduced so that the problem of recognition of resonance and nonresonance tori is solved for it.
