A \(\mathbb{Q}\)-Calabi-Yau 3-fold \(X\) is a projective 3-fold with only terminal singularities such that \(mK_ X \sim 0\) for a strictly positive integer \(m\). If \(m = 1\), \(X\) is a Calabi-Yau 3-fold. In this paper, the author gets 3 main results: Theorem A: Let \(X\) be a \(\mathbb{Q}\)-Calabi-Yau 3-fold, then the Kuranishi space \(\text{Def} (X)\) is smooth. -- (This is a generalization of the same result for Calabi-Yau 3-folds.) Theorem A leads to a generalization of a well-known result in the case where the singularities are at most ordinary double points: Theorem B: A \(\mathbb{Q}\)-factorial Calabi-Yau 3-fold \(X\) with only Kleinian singularities is smoothable by a flat deformation. There is finally a partial generalization of Wilson's result to the singular case: Theorem C: Let \(X\) be a \(\mathbb{Q}\)-factorial Calabi-Yau 3-fold with \(H^ 1 (X,{\mathcal O}_ X) = 0\), \((B,{\mathcal O})\) the Kuranishi space of \(X\), and \(\Pi : {\mathfrak X} \to B\) the universal family with \({\mathfrak X}_ 0 = X\). Then, except for two exceptional cases, the family of ample cones (which is embedded into the constant sheaf \(R^ 2 \pi_ * \mathbb{R}_{\mathfrak X})\) is invariant under deformation at \(t \in B\).
