The main result of the paper is the following Theorem. Let \(\{T_ \alpha, \alpha\in A\}\) be a family of continuous linear operators on a separable Hilbert space \(\mathcal H\), bounded in operator norm. Suppose that there exists an orthonormal sequence \(\{u_ n\}\subset {\mathcal H}\) such that \[ \lim_{n\to\infty} \sup_{\alpha\in A}\| T_ \alpha^* u_ n\|= 0. \] Then for every number \(p\), \(0< p\leq 2\), there exists an isometric operator \(V: {\mathcal H}\to L_ 2\) such that \(VT_ \alpha V^{-1}= K_ \alpha\) for all \(\alpha\in A\), where \(K_ \alpha- AW_ \alpha\), \(Af(s)= a(s) f(s)\), \(f\in L_ 2\), \(a(s)\in M\), \(a(s)\geq 1\) and the Carleman integral operator \(W_ \alpha\) belongs to the Schatten-Neumann ideal \(C_ p\). Moreover, the norm of the Carleman functions for the operator in the family \(\{K_ \alpha, \alpha\in A\}\) are bounded for some function of \(M\).
