    Let \(S\) be a set in \(\mathbb{C}^{M + 1}\) such that \[ S = \{(e^{i \theta}, S_ \theta) : 0 \leq \theta \leq 2 \pi\}, \] where each \(S_ \theta\) is a subset of \(\mathbb{C}^ M\), let \(P(S)\) be the polynomial hull of \(S\). A function \(f\) is called an analytic selection of \(P(S)\) if \(f\) is a \(C^ M\)-valued function bounded and analytic on the unit disk in \(\mathbb{C}^ n\) such that \(f(e^{i\theta}) \in S_ \theta\) for almost all \(\theta\), \(0 \leq \theta \leq 2\pi\). The authors construct a simple set \(S\) in \(\mathbb{C}^ 6\) such that its \(P(S)\) does not have an analytic selection.
