Let \(B\) and \(A\) be complex commutative Banach algebras with identities, and let \(C(\Omega,A)\) denote the Banach algebra of continuous \(A\)-valued functions on the compact Hausdorff topological space \(\Omega\), endowed with the supremum norm. We introduce the notion of a fiber separating subset of \(C(\Omega,A)\) and show that, when \(B\) is regular and semi- simple and \(\Omega\) has no isolated points, a sufficient condition to ensure the continuity of an algebra homomorphism \(\nu: B\to C(\Omega,A)\) is that the range \(\nu(B)\) is a fiber separating subset of \(C(\Omega,A)\). As a consequence, we obtain the automatic continuity of every homomorphism \(\nu: B\to C(\Omega,A)\) with dense range.
