    The author considers the differential-operational equation \[ D_ t \rho(t) D^ 2_ t u- a(t) D_ t Au+ Bu= f\tag{1} \] with boundary conditions \[ \mu_ 1 u\bigl|_{t=0}= u\bigl|_{t= T}= D_ t u\bigl|_{t= T}=0,\quad u\bigl|_{t=0}= \mu_ 2 D_ t u\bigl|_{t=0}= D_ t u\bigl|_{t= t}= 0,\tag{2} \] \[ u\bigl|_{t= T}= \mu_ 3 D_ t u\bigl|_{t=0}= D_ t u\bigl |_{t= T}= 0, \] where \(0\leq t\leq T\), \(\rho(0)= 0\), and the operators \(A\), \(B\) commute with \(D_ t\). Under corresponding assumptions with regard to \(\rho\), \(a\), \(A\), \(B\) the author obtains sufficient conditions of unique solvability of the problem (1), (2) at any \(f\) from the Hilbert space of square summable functions.
