On consistency of the complex normalized scattering matrices of multi- port networks (Q1338565)

The authors establish a simple matrix relationship between the scattering matrix of a network \(N\) normalized to its reference impedance matrix and the unit normalized scattering matrix of its augmented network composed of \(N\) and the Darlington equivalent network of the non-Foster positive real impedances.
