Rational choice based on vague preferences (Q1339166)

This paper studies fuzzy preferences with membership functions weighted with elements from a complete lattice with universal bounds. A new method of aggregating a set of exact weak orders by \(L\)-fuzzy preferences is given. It is shown that an exact choice function can be rationalizable by the relation introduced here. Thus the example of an \(L\)-fuzzy preference presented here may be applied as a new multicriteria choice method connected with the notion of Pareto optimum.
